How to solve this Error? You have logged in successfully but we could not find your 'MemberNumber' attribute to associate you to an account in Moodle.

We are aware of this issue that happens sometimes when you are trying to login.

"Login error

You have logged in successfully but we could not find your 'MemberNumber' attribute to associate you to an account in Moodle."

You can follow the below instructions to resolve this:
  1. Clear the cache and close the browser. (Important step! This will clear the LMS session.)
  2. Open https://learn.fpbc.ca/ (Bookmark this, in case you have the old link)
  3. Enter your ‘Registrant Portal’ credentials to login
